Please include the invoice that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address below. Goods must be returned within 7 days upon receipt (local) or within 3 weeks of order date (international), unworn and unwashed. We will credit the amount by the same mode as your payment. Your comments are appreciated.
Sale items are exchangable but non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above, indicating your requirements. If possible, please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges, cost will be at original freight charge. Please include new delivery charges unless the item was faulty or not as order. Please do not reuse our courier bag.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All returned items should be sent by registered mail to:

How do we credit for returns?
With a proof-of-purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, we can provide the full value of the items purchased in the form of the tender that was originally used, (credit cards will receive a credit card credit, cheque and cash will receive a cheque refund).
