Cancellation of Orders
1. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to
the unavailability of goods.
2. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is
confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within
24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered
are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Order status can be checked by logging into your Libella Bedwear
member account. You may also send us an email via our contact us form or phone call. Please have your order
number ready.
Orders received on a Singapore holiday will be processed on the
next working day.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to
accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse
or cancel any order for any reason. |
